Kittie is absolutely the best. Down to earth and real. Not judgemental or dismissive. If you follow her page she is exactly the same way. You have to see her live or book a one on one. She has helped my life and i love her for that because i was losing hope and feeling like i was battling life alone.

I attended the Chicago stop 10/13/ 24. Prior to that i did the Chicago stop for Tonight’s conversation live 9/28/24 & i did the meet and greet with her she’s so welcoming and so genuine i told her about my situation about wanting to come to her panel and she gifted me tickets. I came solo but it was okay i still came away from that experience feeling loved and just refreshed. So to Carlos , her sweet assistant and Kittie thank you & hope to see you all again soon because it was a lovely experience.

I attended the Moment to Exhale show in CHICAGO! This was a solo date for me and I loved every minute of it. Her team were so gracious and I love a team that has a great representation of the Host. Ms. Kittie is such a beautiful person. Every words she speaks felt like a hug to my inner child. I love her devotion to women and the way she carries herself.
I bought a workbook and book for both me and one as a gift to my close friend.

-Leave your guards at the door. Come with an open mind and heart. 💕

This was such a great event from start to finish! From the moment that I walked into the door the women checking us in were incredible! The session itself with Kittie was more AMAZING than I can say in this post!!!

I did take part in the VIP rose experience. I was able see women ask questions and be vulnerable which to me was such an honoring moment. You see how many women are experiencing the same thing and how we don’t have spaces where we get to be vulnerable and free from judgement. Kittie was wonderful at listening and TRULY hearing you. She was present in that moment with that one person, even though it was plenty of us in that room. She did not leave one question unanswered.

And throughout the entire remaining session I was taking notes as fast as I could. I was extremely blessed by the time that we had and really understanding how I can be more INTENTIONAL, but most importantly how I can better show up for myself. I can’t thank Kittie and her team enough for the time that they gave us, for helping us to feel seen and heard.

I don’t know if anyone’s contemplating attending one of her events, but all I can say is that you would not regret it. It would be an absolute honor to yourself to attend a session of Kittie’s. It is an experience that actually gives you a true moment to exhale and feel what you need to feel in that moment and meet other incredible women in the process!

Ms. Kittie Rose is phenomenal. This event was so thoughtful and INTENTIONAL. She dropped so many gems, I was so thankful I came with my notebook. The class she taught will go a long way with every woman who was present. She spoke with so much wisdom and encouragement. It felt more like a conversation than a class. I am excited to do her guided journal and continue to make time and space for myself.

The VIP Rose experience was so worth it! To have Ms. Kittie Rose listen to my question, be sure she understood it, and answer me with such sincerity and grace was a moment I will not forget. A room full of women with all types of questions and challenges and she treated each person like it was a one on one convo, no rushing and no judgment. She is truly graceful and shows love and care.

&& Her team was amazing! From the first "hello" to the last "good byes". It was such a warm atmosphere of beautiful women. Sometimes it can be intimidating coming into a space looking for guidance on bettering yourself but the atmosphere created and encouraged by her and her team put all of those fears at ease.

This moment was right on time for me. I'm glad Ms. Kittie does what she's called to do. I cannot wait until the next one and have already encouraged friends to go in their cities 🙂
